INAIT is an AI scale-up founded in 2017 by Henry Markram, renowned professor in neuroscience, director of EPFL’s Blue Brain Project (BBP) and co-founder of Frontiers. INAIT has raised CHF 55 million to fulfill its mission: build a new dimension of AI reverse engineering the way the brain works.

We offer B2B and B2C products and solutions in computer vision, forecasting and document understanding across industries: automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, trading and scientific publishing.

We are a team of 40+ ambitious & creative talents and are looking for an impact-driven product manager for our Knowledge product line. You will work closely with AI specialists, software engineers, marketing experts and synchronize with business and technical partners across INAIT, our daughter companies and partners.

**Your mission**

As a hands-on team player, you will be responsible for making the roadmap for INAIT Knowledge products a reality. You will organize the activities required to identify, define and complete the products. You will work cross-functionally to guide the products from conception to launch by connecting our technical innovation with business environment and market opportunities. You can break down complex business challenges into steps that drive development for innovative products and that create value for the customer.

**Your responsibilities**
- Deep understanding of markets, competition and user requirements
- Leverage our technology to ideate product features and develop solutions that target customer needs
- Define INAIT Knowledge products roadmap and translate it into a backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate the development of new features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
- Ensure the regular delivery of products and solutions in accordance with agile methodologies
- Communicate product value internally and externally and help creating sales collateral and positioning documents

**Requirements**:

- You have min 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager, preferably in a fast-growing software or AI-based startup or business
- You are familiar in working within a software environment and have a good technical understanding of AI/ML, experience with document management solutions is a big plus
- You have a solid track record of driving concrete results and have experience in delivering software solutions from scratch
- You have a strong business sense and an ownership-mindset to work independently within a high-performance team and you take responsibility without being assigned every single task
- You are at ease to work with agile methodologies
