Our flagship S-360 ticketing solution is used by several of the greatest sports tournaments, leading museums, sport clubs, live entertainment venues, festivals, and cities all over Europe and now also in the Americas. SECUTIX is now transforming ticketing distribution with TIXNGO, a fully mobile platform delivering secured mobile tickets, leveraging blockchain technology, with the mission of cleaning the black market and providing new revenue streams to organizers.

**In this role**:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Payments to strengthen the team that drives the evolution of our products to meet the challenges of a dynamic market during a key growth phase for our company. Focusing on defining the future of our platform S-Pay that process all the payments in our different markets, you will own our payment strategy. In this role, you will report to the Lead Product Manager.

This is a position based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

**Missions and responsibilities**:

- Hold and grow the payment vision: align the product vision with the company and portfolio vision
- Define and communicate a consolidated roadmap for your products and collaborate with other product managers to ensure the alignment between the payment strategy and the core products roadmap
- Gather and consolidate market requirements by working with our geo leads, sales team, key account managers, integrators, partners, and customers
- Drive the development of payment features with the support of product owners in our internal development teams, be accountable for the value delivered to our customers and partners
- Drive the adoption of our payment solution S-Pay: lead actions to follow-up on the adoption of new features or integration mechanism with first integrators and/or customers, measure product usage with the support of our data analysts, train and support the professional service team
- Support pre-sales activities: creation of sales collateral, evangelization of the product vision and leading solution architecture with the most complex customers
- Work with our partnership and sales team to grow the payment-generated revenues
- Collaborate with other product managers across the company to share knowledge

**About your profile**:

- Masters’ degree in Computer Science or a related field, or similar experience
- 4-6 years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS company, for a B2B product, with a strong technical component
- Exhaustive knowledge of the payment world. Experienced in working with payment partners
- Good knowledge of modern payment concepts, trends, actors and platform
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills: you’ll need to effectively communicate your vision both internally and externally
- Experience working with several Agile cross-functional teams (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Comfortable interacting with engineers and technical architects in an international setup: we are a technology company, and you need to be understood by the team
- Able to cope with high-pressure situations
- Fluent in English - this is our working language - knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a plus
