What will you be doing as a Back Office Employee?

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of deliveries to our existing customers. This means that at Mag45, you are not only involved in direct customer contact by handling sales orders and the subsequent order management. You will also ensure timely material availability by identifying purchasing needs and placing purchase orders. In addition to these operational tasks, you will proactively work on monitoring, safeguarding, and improving processes, reports, and performance within the department through project management. You will also act as the first point of contact for escalations within the department.

To excel in this role, you have:

  • A college degree in a related field;
  • At least three years of relevant work experience;
  • Affinity with technology;
  • Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken;
  • You have an eye for details but also understand company-wide processes;
  • Available for 40 hours per week and living within a reasonable commuting distance from Neuchatel, Switzerland
