**Global HR Director 80% - 100% (all genders)**

**What you will do**:

- Define and implement a global HR strategy that align with the business objectives and support the growth of the business globally
- Provide professional HR leadership and guidance to business leaders globally
- Lead succession planning, development and retention strategies, including performance management and employee engagement by designing a global HR process landscape
- Manage complex multi-location HR projects
- Act as HR Lead for a specific division with approx. 950 employees covering the full HR lifecycle
- Collaborate closely within the global and enterprise-wide HR leadership team

**What you bring to the role**:

- Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a minimum of 10 years HR experience in a global environment with regional sites
- Strong knowledge of HR practices employment law and regulations in Switzerland
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and strong business acumen
- Relationship builder with the ability to connect with diverse people across all positions, locations and geographies
- Demonstrate leadership by aligning work with team goals and foster shared ownershiop
- Fluency in English, French and German
