Overview:
This position will support the managing and executing of the program to ensure that all customer requirements, business objectives, staffing and communication, and management of risks are aligned with the program’s goals.

This position will work closely with Government agencies to ensure proper coordination and communication occurs to enhance overall mission accomplishment.

This role works closely with the Inussuk leadership team to ensure the effective management and allocation of resources to ensure base operations meets contractual compliance while keeping our employees safe and meeting company financial expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the operations of the program in accordance with the established company and Government policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
- Responsible for the allocation of personnel and resources necessary to meet all contract specifications.
- Organizes all project work and assigns responsibilities to subordinates.
- Provides quality assurance for all project activity and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
- Performs duties IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and established Vectrus Services policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
- Maintains required technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to senior management and the customer.
- Ensures contract specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with US Air Force and Space Force.
- Develop and maintain relationship with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues, concerns and grievances as per existing company policy.
- Manage employee pool by hiring, retaining, or terminating of same, evaluate performance and counsel employees to improve performance.

Qualifications:
**Education/Certificates**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in applicable field with 15-20 years related experience desired.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of ten years' of related experience required and eight years of program management experience required.
- Requires experience in Program Office operations management, budgeting, planning and preparation of reports and proposals

**Skills**:

- Strong Technical Skills.
- Strong Speaking and Writing Skills.
- Knowledge of DOD Customers is required.
- Must have excellent communications skills.
- Must have strong capability in team building and personnel development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules..
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills. Good cooperation skills, organizational understanding and know how to communicate at several levels.
