Vos tâches :

  1. Supporter la revue trimestrielle des invalides
  2. Réaliser les rapports de tendance trimestrielle et annuelle des identifications
  3. Former les apprentis si applicable
  4. Présenter son sujet d’expertise, les déviations lors des inspections
  5. Avoir les connaissances système, équipement et méthode pour son domaine d’expertise
  6. Gérer les « OOL» et invalides sur ses méthodes et les déviations dans le système et être l’expert sur le contenu ; trouver les root cause et CAPA associées
  7. S’informer sur les nouvelles technologies et proposer des améliorations
  8. Être le backup du superviseur
  9. Participer activement aux analyses de risques équipements et méthodes
  10. Supporter les revues périodiques des systèmes et les ATR-RA
  11. Être capable d’identifier et résoudre certains problèmes complexes relatifs à son domaine d’expertise
  12. Contacter le fournisseur en cas de problèmes techniques sur son équipement ou sa méthode en back-up du groupe QC Equipement Lifecycle
  13. Suivre les fournisseurs sur le terrain lors de maintenance, intervention non planifiées en back-up du groupe QC Equipement Lifecycle
  14. En collaboration avec le QC Sciences, participer à l’amélioration/harmonisation des méthodes intersites
  15. En collaboration avec le QC Sciences, être le support pour les soumissions réglementaires
  16. Supporter les projets en tant que SME
  17. Si nécessaire et en accord avec le responsable du laboratoire, initier et soutenir les actions correctives et préventives dans le laboratoire.
  18. Statuer sur le résultat des analyses rendues (validité et conformité)
  19. Se référer à sa hiérarchie en cas de conflits de priorités et de résultats non-conformes
  20. Travailler sur les analyses ou l’approbation des résultats (ex : entrée des résultats et approbation) avec des partenaires externes (sous-traitants d’analyses, fournisseurs..) et internes (autres départements et sites Takeda).
  21. Présenter ses sujets d’expertise en inspections ou audits aux autorités de santé

Votre expérience/connaissance :

  1. CFC minimum en microbiologie ou expérience équivalente dans industries pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique
  2. Expérience de 2-5 ans dans un laboratoire cGMP ou 2 ans minimum en tant qu’analyste I
  3. Expérience de minimum 5 ans dans un laboratoire cGMP ou minimum 5 ans en tant qu’analyste II
  4. Bonnes connaissances en méthodes de laboratoires
  5. Très bonnes connaissances en méthodes de laboratoires
  6. Bonnes connaissance des cGMP
  7. Connaissances de l’aspect Data Integrity
  8. Très bonnes connaissances de l’aspect Data Integrity
  9. Être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques usuels (pack Office)
  10. Français et Anglais (technique)
  11. Anglais (B2 minimum)
