Job Title: QC Associate Scientist

Work Location: Neuchatel (Hybrid working, 2 days remote)

Country: Switzerland

Duration: Till December 2025

Rate: Up to CHF51 per hour (8 hours per day/40 hours p/week) depending on experience

Your main duties as a QC Associate Scientist will include:

  • Managing the life cycle management activities of analytical assays performed in the QC Laboratories.
  • Supporting daily QC activities following cGMP, company policies and EHS requirements.
  • Authoring transfer protocols and reports for assays.

Additional duties will include:

  • Overseeing validation and qualification activities executed by analysts, providing training and support.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting problems which occur to determine solutions or recommendations for improvements or change.
  • Supporting the application of industry specific compliance standards/regulations to assays life cycle management activities.

Your Background:

  • University or Engineering degree in analytical chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry, or microbiology.
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in GMP pharma business activities, preferably in the scope of recombinant therapeutic products in a pharmaceutical environment.

Language requirements:

Fluent French and English ability – C1 written and verbal.
