GROUPS & LEISURE SALES COORDINATOR (m/w) - 50%

GROUPS & LEISURE SALES COORDINATOR

  • Coordinate Groups from the enquiry stage to final invoice, collaborating with each department of the hotel to communicate all Group-related special requests and information such as VIPs, Group leaders, and rooming lists ensuring smooth and organized operations.
  • Support in pulling out key data and figures from our PMS Opera at the end of each season and co-participate in elaborating the Sales & Marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team on various projects to generate leads, manage inquiries, and convert potential guests into confirmed bookings, helping to drive revenue and occupancy.
  • Handle all Sales-related activities while the Head of Sales is away on business trips or on annual leave.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with our discerning clientele, understanding their needs and preferences to create tailored experiences that surpass their expectations.
  • Immerse yourself in the Le Grand Bellevue experience, becoming an expert on the property's amenities, services, and unique offerings, enabling you to present them persuasively to potential guests.

RESERVATION AGENT

  • Professional telephone and written communication.
  • Processing of reservation requests.
  • Active room and voucher sales.
  • Creation of offers.
  • Maintaining the guest database.
  • Guest service in three languages (German/French/English) as well as the associated correspondence.

GROUPS & LEISURE SALES COORDINATOR - Qualifications

  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and dynamic mindset.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, team player, and good time management skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality and/or in Sales.
  • A degree in business administration, tourism, or the hotel industry.
  • Fluent command of English (French and/or German are highly appreciated).

RESERVATION AGENT - Qualifications

  • At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area.
  • Good oral and written language skills (German/French/English).
  • Good computer and MS Office skills.
  • Ideally Opera knowledge (Opera Cloud).
  • Guest-oriented, professional work, and sales talent.
