Verantwortung Zentrale Kontaktstelle für anspruchsvolle Business- und IT-Stakeholder in einem dynamischen Service Center Umfeld Steuerung von Change-, Release-, Incident- und Problemprozessen anhand moderner Frameworks wie ITIL, COBIT oder DevOps-Praktiken Konzeption und Planung technischer Services in enger Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Engineering- und Cloud-Teams Eigenverantwortliche Leitung kleinerer Initiativen sowie aktive Mitarbeit in strategischen Projekten Erstellung transparenter Reports, SLA-Analysen und Service-Health-Dashboards mittels Power BI oder vergleichbarer Tools Aktive Vertretung der Managed Services gegenüber Kunden, inklusive Ableitung von Optimierungsmassnahmen Identifikation wiederkehrender Herausforderungen und Initiierung nachhaltiger Lösungsansätze über alle technischen Teams hinweg Qualifikationen Fundierte IT-Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Fokus auf Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare technische Disziplin Solide Erfahrung im Engineering oder im professionellen IT Service Management Sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Microsoft Ökosysteme (M365, Azure, Cloud Security, automationsgetriebene Dienste) Weiterbildung im Service- oder Prozessmanagement von Vorteil (ITIL, DevOps, Lean IT etc.) Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, souveräne Kommunikation und Fähigkeit zur lateralen Führung komplexer Teams Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Internet Publishing Job title IT Service Manager:in - Business Applications (m/w/d) #J-18808-Ljbffr
