Zadania na stanowisku:

  • Przeprowadzanie przeglądów wydajności z zespołami platform.
  • Wspieranie współpracy, odpowiedzialności oraz kultury zorientowanej na klienta.
  • Nadzorowanie codziennych operacji usług IT w przypisanym regionie.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z umowami SLA, procesami ITIL oraz standardami jakości usług.
  • Zarządzanie zgłoszeniami serwisowymi oraz procesami obsługi incydentów i problemów.
  • Koordynowanie eskalacji z zespołami globalnymi lub regionalnymi. Pełnienie funkcji głównego punktu eskalacyjnego dla klientów regionalnych.
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie silnych relacji z klientami w celu zapewnienia ich satysfakcji i utrzymania współpracy.
  • Przeprowadzanie przeglądów usług oraz spotkań dotyczących wyników z kluczowymi klientami.
  • Zbieranie opinii w celu identyfikacji możliwości ulepszeń usług. Przygotowywanie regularnych raportów dotyczących realizacji SLA, wolumenów zgłoszeń oraz wskaźników satysfakcji klientów.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 10 lat doświadczenia w obszarze IT Service Management i obsługi klienta na stanowiskach takich jak: IT Service Delivery Manager, Service Operations Manager, Senior IT Service Manager lub pokrewnych.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu usługami IT w regionie w ramach IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Znajomość procesów ITIL oraz doświadczenie w nadzorowaniu SLA, zgłoszeń serwisowych, incydentów i problemów.
  • Umiejętność budowania i utrzymywania relacji z klientami, zarządzania eskalacjami oraz raportowania wyników i poziomu satysfakcji klienta.
  • Doświadczenie w koordynacji działań z zespołami globalnymi i regionalnymi, odpowiedzialność na poziomie średniego lub senior menedżera w strukturze międzynarodowej firmy.
  • Orientacja na jakość usług, raportowanie i analizę wskaźników KPI.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego C1

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy z SAP i GCP
  • Doświadczenie w globalnych firmach produkujących wybory/produkty.
