Rolle Als IT Service Delivery Manager verantworten Sie die erfolgreiche Bereitstellung, Steuerung und Optimierung unserer IT-Services im Microsoft-Umfeld. Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen technischen Teams und Management. Ihr Fokus liegt darauf, Servicequalität sicherzustellen, Service-Level einzuhalten und Kundenbeziehungen nachhaltig auszubauen. Verantwortung Steuerung und Überwachung der Servicebereitstellung im Microsoft-Cloud- und Managed-Service-Umfeld (M365, Azure, Microsoft Security) Sicherstellung und Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei allen Service- und Eskalationsthemen Koordination und Steuerung interner Fachbereiche, Support- und Engineering-Teams Durchführung regelmäßiger Service-Review-Meetings mit Kunden Monitoring von Incidents, Problems und Changes gemäß ITIL-Standards Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Serviceprozessen und Qualitätsstandards Erstellung von Reports und Management-Dashboards Unterstützung im Transition- und Onboarding-Prozess neuer Kunden Identifikation von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen im Rahmen der Service-Betreuung Qualifikationen Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Service Delivery Management, idealerweise bei einem Microsoft Cloud/Managed Service Provider Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Technologie-Stack (z. B.
