Dein Aufgabengebiet:
Als Account Delivery Executive (Tribe Lead) bist Du der Ansprechpartner und Gesamtverantwortlicher für die Lieferung von komplexen IT-Services mit unternehmerischer Verantwortung unter Berücksichtigung der höchsten Kundenzufriedenheit.
Dazu gehören im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:
- Tribe Lead über die gesamte internationale Delivery Organisation für einen unserer Grosskunden
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme der Kundenverantwortung mit dem Ziel des langfristigen Auf- und Ausbaus von Kundenbeziehungen
- Einhaltung der vertraglich vereinbarten Services und SLAs in Bezug auf Zeit, Qualität und Kosten gegenüber unserem Kunden
- Fachliche Steuerung und Führung von verteilten sowie internationalen Mitarbeitern innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe und von Lieferanten sowie Vernetzung
- Übergreifende Orchestration aller Projekte, der Operations und dem Service Management (zentraler Kundenverantwortlicher)
- Stetige Weiterentwickelung von bestehenden Services und Treiben von Innovationen (Neugeschäft erkennen und generieren)
- Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf von Eskalationen
- Qualitätskontrolle und Monitoring von internen Prozessen mit Produktion und Verkauf
- Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung einer tragfähigen Kundenbeziehung um die Rolle des „Trusted Advisors“ ausführen zu können
Was Du mitbringen solltest:
- Top-Fähigkeiten und umfassende Erfahrung in der Kommunikation, Moderation und Präsentation, auch in zeitkritischen Situationen und bei sehr komplexen/schwierigen Themen
- Umfassende Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Netzwerken bis auf Managementebene
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der fachlichen und virtuellen Mitarbeiterführung, auch von verteilten sowie internationalen Mitarbeitern und in flexiblen/agilen Organisationen (z.B. SAFe-Modell)
- Ausgewiesene kommerzielle und technische Kenntnisse von „Ende-zu-Ende“ ICT Serviceerbringung im Outsourcing-Umfeld und in neuen Feldern (Cloud, Digitalisierung)
- Tiefgreifende und breitgefächerte Kenntnisse über die branchenspezifischen IT-Systeme und -landschaften. Ausgeprägte Projekt- und Change-Management Kenntnisse
- Tiefes betriebswirtschaftliches Wissen, insbesondere methodische Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Business Cases / Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen zur Einleitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie entsprechende berufliche Erfahrungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
