About Our Client
Our client is an international player in the sports industry.
Job Description
- You will manage the entire pricing strategy, manifest creation, and sales forecasting for different competitions.
- You will enhance the customer journey, manage data effectively, and maintain exceptional customer service standards through our client's ticketing platform in partnership with a third-party provider.
- You will develop and implement ticket and hospitality sales strategies, generate revenue reports, and assist with financial reconciliation and auditing procedures.
- You will maintain ticket inventories and oversee the placement of all ticket holds.
- You will implement the new ticketing platform across all areas, ensuring seamless customer service, efficient ticketing operations, and effective sales and reporting.
- You will coordinate with marketing teams to develop compelling narratives and sales messages, ensuring high demand and sales.
- You will act as the liaison with different stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication with them.
- You will oversee the work of the Ticketing Executive, ensuring they meet their targets and support the overall ticketing strategy.
The Successful Applicant
- You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the sports industry, promoter environment, entertainment venue, or similar.
- You have solid experience in creating or managing an in-house ticketing platform for large-scale events.
- You have proven knowledge and the ability to collaborate with commercial stakeholders and sponsors to meet their requirements.
- You speak English fluently (C1) and French (B2). Other languages are an asset.
- You possess strong organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating diplomacy and flexibility.
- You are a team player with a sense of responsibility and are self-motivated.
- You work independently and have an innovative approach to problem-solving.
- You are willing to travel.
