CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides integrated facility management services on all continents with more than 60,000 employees. In Switzerland, the GWS division provides technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services for clients from various industries.

For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Technology sector in Zürich (ZH), we are looking for a:

Responsibilities:
  1. Control and manage service charge accounts where appropriate, providing monthly report data to Account Manager.
  2. Ensure Client satisfaction by being responsible for achieving client SLR and driving acceptable service delivery performance.
  3. Ensure compliance with legislative, Client and CBRE health, safety, and environmental requirements. Share best practices.
  4. Work with local/central/third party project manager(s) to ensure fully integrated FM/projects delivery.
  5. Establish in-depth knowledge of client culture with a particular focus on Real Estate and Site Organisation.
  6. Develop and implement Customer Service strategy for location.
  7. Maintain a motivated team by managing and developing all local based staff.
  8. Organise monthly team meetings.
  9. Overall operational management within designated site area: Reception, Post room, Cleaning, Security & Specialist Sub Contractors.
Your Profile:
  1. Fluency in written and spoken English language.
  2. Excellent communication skills, adapts style to varying situations, engages and informs others.
  3. Advanced People Management skills with proven ability to develop teams.
  4. A strong understanding of good health & safety practices and promotes a strong Health & Safety culture.
  5. Excellent understanding of FM, M&E services and Projects in occupied environments.
  6. Preferred FM related qualifications including QHSE.
