Our Workforce & Organization team in Switzerland is looking for a Manager HR Strategy & Consulting located in our Zurich or Geneva Office.

Prepare, design, and implement transformations in business and IT that have an impact on the organizational structure, the way of working and the culture.

  • Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of Digital Transformations.
  • Program and project management in national and international environments.
  • Efficient linking between business and strategy.
  • Translating the latest organizational and transformation trends into a Capgemini strategy and approach.
  • Business development – utilizing a combination of the organization’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network.
  • Academic excellence: Outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology.
  • Industry knowledge: Several years of practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science. Comprehensive knowledge of HR work, as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes.
  • Consulting experience: Practical experience in (partial) project management in the HR environment.
  • Conceptual talent: Rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication and presentation skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
  • Cultural fit: High reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
  • Flexibility in terms of location: You will be working at customer sites, from the Capgemini Invent offices (Geneva or Zurich), and from home.
