HR Generalist

Finance professionals use our solutions to rapidly identify investment opportunities, make informed decisions and manage the risk and the lifecycle of the investments. **Responsibilities**:

- Ensure full employee lifecycle management (coordinate the arrival/departure, communications paperwork, work employment, permit management, exit interviews and all other HR administrative duties)
- Coordinate information update with insurances, pension fund and other institutions
- Employee support administration
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
- Coordination and orientation for new employees and handling exit clearance
- Coordinate and administer recruitment activities

Your Profile
- HR generalist experience, with at least 1-3 year of experience working in an international and fast paced environment
- Sound knowledge of Swiss HR and legal aspects is mandatory
- Well balanced and positive personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in Tech, would be awesome Proactive, strong “can do” attitude, able to roll up sleeves and get things done
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and in French
