Dans cette position vous serez responsable de développer un portefeuille de client existant en Romandie, afin d'assurer la vente et la promotion des services de Coople.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Gérer et développer les relations avec les partenaires existants: vos missions incluent l'évaluation régulière de leur potentiel, la définition de stratégies de croissance adaptées et le maintien d'un dialogue permanent pour discuter des aspects commerciaux, négocier, renouveler les contrats et identifier de nouvelles opportunités..
  • Suivre et analyser l'évolution du marché (par exemple: compréhension et intérêt du secteur du recrutement, analyse de la concurrence) et l'évolution de vos propres clients (prévisions et rapports internes), afin d’ identifier des opportunités de vente
  • Servir de lien entre vos clients et nos équipes internes (par exemple: marketing, légal, opérations, développement produit).
  • Planifier et coordonner les processus internes pour vos comptes.

Votre profil:

  • Idéalement issue d’une formation dans le domaine commercial, mais ce sont principalement vos compétences commerciales en tant qu' Account Manager hautement professionnel, ainsi que votre volonté de réussir, qui sont la clé du succès dans ce poste.
  • Doté d’une expérience confirmée de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine de la vente B2B, vous avez démontré votre capacité à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs
  • Vous avez le sens des chiffres
  • Passionné des nouvelles technologies et de l’innovation (une expérience dans un domaine similaire est un atout)
  • Indépendant, flexible et orienté vers les objectifs
  • De langue maternelle français, vous avez aussi une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais.
