For our Key Account Desk within Wealth Management at Schroder & Co Bank AG in Zurich, we are looking for a new team member as:

Family Office Support with Database and VBA skills

The Key Account Desk, a small, highly qualified team responsible for servicing a large client mandate consisting of trusts and companies, is looking for a Client Support Specialist who will support the team with extensive Microsoft Access/SQL Server knowledge and a general IT affinity.

Job Specification
  • Execution of clients’ orders, payments, and trades ensuring complete adherence to client specifications, compliance, internal rules, and all relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and execute investments into private equity.
  • Maintenance and usage of VBA-run Access databases to support the reporting to the clients.
  • Overseeing projects to modernize our reporting infrastructure for compatibility with Temenos T24, collaborating closely with teams on redesigns, support, and testing.
  • Preparation of bespoke reporting and handling of information requests by the client.
  • Supporting and executing daily client cash management tasks.
  • Confirmation of order execution and handling of document management/electronic archiving.
  • Daily administrative tasks of the desk.
Required Profile
  • Banking apprenticeship or degree in finance/economics and ideally at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Positive, empathetic personality and a flexible can-do attitude. Able to handle multiple assignments at the same time and work accurately under time pressure.
