Do you want to combine your technical expertise, organizational skills, and flair for sales in one job? Welcome to our Business Messaging Team
We connect businesses with people - with our Swiss business messaging solution. To ensure that everything is connected in the background, we have the following exciting profile to offer:

  • 1st Level Support: You take the lead when it comes to handling technical customer inquiries, resolving them quickly and reliably, ensuring high satisfaction, and escalating complex issues to the 2nd Level Support when needed
  • Onboarding New Customers: You support new customers during the setup and use of our platform. As the single point of contact, you’ll be their go-to hero for application related questions
  • CRM Management: You document all support requests and customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure seamless communication
  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers from new registrations and proactive customer outreach, actively contributing to the development of our B2B customer network in Switzerland
  • Teamwork: You work closely with our Sales Backoffice, Marketing, and other departments to leverage synergies and enhance customer satisfaction. Your ideas are welcome from day one

You
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and you have ideally already experience in 1st Level Support and/or Sales
  • Your are passionate about technical challenges – they don’t intimidate you, they motivate you
  • You enjoy sales – presenting customers the value of our solution and building long-term relationships is what drives you
  • As a communicative and committed personality with a strong service orientation, you have excellent German and English skills (spoken and written). Knowledge of French is a big plus
  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines are not just slogans for you, but something you never compromise on in your day-to-day work
  • You bring team-player vibes and are excited to really hit the ground running in a dynamic environment
