Job Description Job Title: Business Development Executive / BDM Work Mode: Remote Role Overview LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / BDM to drive our company’s growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships helping in presales Activity. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal sales & other teams to create effective business strategies, expand our market presence, and contribute to long‑term revenue growth. Roles And Responsibilities Lead generation & prospecting: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Client relationship management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clientele, including: Lighting Designers Consultants CRM / A+ Architects Top Builders Government Institutional sales Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and long‑term engagement. Strategic planning: Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals, including market expansion and product diversification. Proposal development: Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs. Contract negotiation: Collaborate with legal and finance teams to negotiate terms and close deals for sales. Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives. Performance tracking: Monitor KPIs and report on business development activities and outcomes. Qualifications & Required Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 5+ years in sales, marketing, or business development roles in Architectural / Façade / Landscape Lighting. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Analytical thinking and problem‑solving Negotiation and persuasion Project management and multitasking CRM and sales software proficiency What You’ll Get Working with LEDFlex Will have a Competitive Salary (depending on experience, negotiable).
