Aufgrund des Wachstums im Sales-Team wird eine erfahrene «Hunter»-Persönlichkeit gesucht als:

Ihre Aufgaben
  1. Neuakquise und Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden im Bereich Technology Business Solutions (New & Add-On Business)
  2. Aufbau und Management einer sichtbaren Pipeline
  3. Abschluss von Grossaufträgen und Sicherstellung einer hohen Erfolgsquote
  4. Etablierung und Pflege stabiler Beziehungen zu wichtigen Entscheidungsträgern
  5. Entwicklung einer überzeugenden Value Proposition und eines erfolgreichen Offerings für die zugewiesenen Kunden
Ihr Profil
  1. Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine gleichwertige Weiterbildung
  2. Starke Abschlussfähigkeiten und nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge bei Grosskunden im Bereich Outsourcing und digitale Transformation
  3. Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, die Alleinstellungsmerkmale der Lösungen überzeugend zu präsentieren und kommerzielle Vereinbarungen/Verträge abzuschließen
  4. Weitreichendes Netzwerk im relevanten Kundensegment (Top 150 Accounts CH)
  5. Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck kontinuierlich hohe Leistungen zu erbringen
  6. Fliessende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
