Deine Aufgaben

  • Qualifizierung von Leads und Führen von telefonischen Verkaufsgesprächen mit potenziellen Verkäufern und Käufern von Liegenschaften (Inbound & Outbound Sales).

  • Buchen von Schätzungsterminen mit potenziellen Neukunden und unseren Maklerinnen und Maklern.

  • Qualifizierung und telefonische Abschlüsse von Interessenten für Strike - unsere interne Finanzierungsberatung (Outbound Sales).

  • Berichterstattung über die monatlichen Verkaufsziele an das Management.

  • Einführung von neuen Akquise-Strategien und Verbesserung unserer Verkaufsprozesse.

  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktteams bei der Entwicklung neuer und der Verbesserung bestehender Tools.

  • Einholen von Kundenfeedback per Telefon.

Job requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre oder Studium im Bereich Verkauf, Handel, Immobilien oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung und erste Erfolge im Verkauf.

  • Du fühlst dich am Telefon wohl, liebst den Kundenkontakt und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Zuhören, Verkaufen und Verhandeln.

  • Deine Muttersprache ist Schweizer-Deutsch und du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse; Französisch ist von Vorteil.

  • Du bist organisiert, proaktiv und verantwortungsbewusst; deine Arbeitsweise ist effizient und selbstständig.

  • Du bist motiviert, Herausforderungen anzunehmen und ambitionierte Ziele zu erreichen.
