MISSION & OBJECTIF
Votre mission : En tant que Business Development Manager au sein du groupe IOTA, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de notre stratégie de croissance auprès de clients de renommée mondiale dans le secteur des énergies et de l’industrie lourde. Vous serez responsable de l’identification et de la saisie des opportunités dès les phases initiales des projets, tout en consolidant la position stratégique de IOTA dans le domaine de l’assistance technique et du déploiement international de ressources humaines sur l’ensemble des continents.

ACTIVITES
Vous identifiez les entreprises cibles au sein de votre réseau ou par le biais de démarches prospectives dans divers secteurs d’activité, sans aucune limite sectorielle ni géographique ;
Vous proposez aux clients et prospects une gamme variée de services et assurez un développement continu afin de répondre efficacement à leurs besoins en matière d’assistance technique, de déploiement international et d’intégration locale ;
Vous maintenez des échanges réguliers avec les clients, devenant ainsi leur partenaire privilégié, et assurez la pérennisation de la relation commerciale ;
Vous êtes responsable de la rentabilité des comptes clients sous votre gestion, conformément aux critères du Groupe ;
Vous identifiez les ressources nécessaires et assurez le suivi de vos consultants en mission, de la négociation des conditions de prestation et des conditions de travail, jusqu’au suivi administratif
PROFIL & COMPETENCES REQUISES
Formation :
Bac + 5 (ESC ou école d’ingénieur + Master en double cursus)
IT : maîtrise du pack office 365 (Excel niveau avancé), Sharepoint, etc....
Langue : Anglais et Français courant tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
Expérience :
Vous justifiez d’une première expérience commerciale BtoB de minimum 3 à 5 années dans une société d’Assistance Technique ou société de conseil dans un environnement international.
Vous savez sillonner entre différentes devises, vous maîtrisez parfaitement les formules sur Excel, la réalisation de chiffrage et d’offre commerciale
Vous êtes familier avec les différentes phases d’un projet industriel
Vous êtes habitué à travailler dans un environnement challengeant avec un suivi des indicateurs de performance hebdomadaire.
Savoir Être :
Vous êtes orienté Business et avez le sens de la satisfaction client ;
Vous avez le sens de l’analyse et un goût prononcé pour les relations humaines ;
Vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent de travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe (partage d’information communication tant orale qu’écrite, esprit d’équipe, reporting) ;
Vous faites preuve d’organisation dans la gestion de votre temps et des tâches administratives
Vous savez communiquer et collaborer efficacement tant avec les ressources internes qu'externes à l'entreprise.
