We are looking for an experienced personal assistant to support one of our Senior Executives based at our headquarters in Baar. If you have an interest in well-structured work in a diverse environment, this is the ideal role for you.
The main tasks and responsibilities
- Organization of meetings, conferences and events as well as arranging and coordinating schedules
- Facilitating travel arrangements including flight schedules, visa requirements, accommodation and transfer bookings for the functional leads and for visitors as required
- Preparation of regular reports, such as expenses, minutes of meetings and communication materials
- General administrative tasks such as invoice management and processing, preparing memos and other correspondence
- Management of schedules and calendars
- Fielding incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence such as mail
- Maintenance of certain databases
- Onboarding of new team members

Minimum requirements
- A solid educational background
- With prior experience working in Administration in an international and multicultural environment
- Fluent in English (corporate language)
- Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU
