Job Mission:
Support store management in executing business strategy by being an active part of the sales force. Manage specific tasks such as CRM calling campaigns, prospect registration, and cross-selling action plans.

Main Responsibilities:

Clientelling:
  1. Master the Client Journey and support colleagues in creating customer emotion and desire.
  2. Engage existing and prospect clients as per weekly plans.
  3. Manage sensitive sales and after-sales situations.
  4. Ensure proper execution of CRM tasks and calling campaigns.
  5. Proactively analyze business KPIs and propose action plans.
  6. Deliver impeccable service in every phase of the client journey.
  7. Focus on developing and retaining existing clients and recruiting new ones.
  8. Participate in sales partnerships and OTO appointment routines.
Team Support:
  1. Serve as a point of reference for Client Advisors on store policies and procedures.
  2. Support the induction of new hires.
  3. Assist in allocating duties and scheduling shifts.
  4. Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
  5. Manage cash payments and the safety of goods.
  6. Participate in shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
  7. Handle all sales and after-sales activities.
  8. Follow display guidelines and report relevant information to store management.
  9. Participate in operational tasks when necessary.
  10. Top performer in sales and KPIs.
  11. Team worker with a good sense of organization.
  12. Thorough understanding of store operations and CRM activities.
  13. Transparent and effective communicator.
  14. Strong understanding of performance KPIs and ability to execute action plans.
