Danach übernimmst du die Leitung einer neuen Filiale oder übernimmst eine bestehende Filiale. Du lebst und teilst unsere Werte (Vitality, Responsibility, Authenticity & Generosity) und übernimmst folgende Mission**:

- Bildung deines Dreamteams: Verantwortung für die Führung, Förderung und Forderung deines Teams sowohl als Leader als auch als Coach im Einklang mit geschäftlichen Strategien, wirtschaftlichen Aktivitäten und Transformationsprozessen.
- Sicherheit: Gewährleistung der besten Customer Experience durch die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und Datenschutz sowie die Einhaltung von Vorschriften zur Sicherheit von Kunden, Team, Produkten, etc. in der Filiale.

- Ressourcenmanagement: Aufbau von starken Partnerschaften und Sicherstellung der Dienstleistungen und Zufriedenheit von Kunden und weiteren Stakeholdern.

- Hohe Affinität und Passion für Sport

- Fliessend in Englisch (B2) und Deutsch (C1), Französisch und weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
