Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung der Kunden- und Händler-Anliegen per Telefon, Post oder E-Mail
  • Beantwortung von Fragen zur Rechnung und zu den Mahnungen
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Käufertransaktionen
  • Verschiedene administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • KV-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst
  • Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Italienisch sowie Französisch von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässig, gründlich, kontaktfreudig
  • Flexibel, eigenverantwortlich und mit gutem Teamgeist
