Rattaché-e directement à la Responsable Marketing & Expérience Client et au sein du Département Marketing & Transformation, vous serez chargé-e des campagnes digitales d’acquisition, de conversion et de fidélisation de nos lecteurs.  

Plus précisément, vous serez amené-e à : 

-Concevoir de nouvelles campagnes d’acquisition et de fidélisation digitales et piloter leur lancement de la conception à l'exécution:

  • Définition des audiences et des cibles pour les campagnes du marché lecteurs sur tous les médias online (emails, réseaux sociaux, Google ads, IOS, pop-ups, etc…)
  • Optimisation des campagnes SEO/SEM 
  • Mise en place de campagnes de réactivation pour les abonnés inactifs 

-Développer nos processus de conversion sur nos sites et applications:

  • Définition des parcours clients;
  • Gestion des workflows automatisés pour l'email marketing et les campagnes de nurturing;
  • Segmentation des audiences, personnalisation des paywalls, amélioration du tunnel d’achat;
  • A/B testing et optimisation des landing pages 

-Maîtriser la qualité de la donnée dans le CRM et les outils marketing digital 

  • Maîtrise des canaux de relation client dans un écosystème global;
  • Gestion et enrichissement des données clients dans le CRM, et leur mise en cohérence dans les différentes plateformes;
  • Gestion de l’évolution de l’outil CRM en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise, en coordination avec les équipes techniques. 

-Data analyse et reporting : 

  • Analyse des KPIs de campagnes et préparation de rapports avec recommandations;
  • Participation aux développements des méthodes et des outils liés à la data clients et prospects. 

  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en marketing digital et gestion CRM;

  • Formation supérieure en marketing digital (Brevet, Diplôme, SAWI ou diplôme de médiamaticien); 

  • Expérience pratique avec les outils de marketing automation et CRM (Dynamics 365 un plus);

  • Bonne compréhension des applications liées à la commercialisation, le marketing (GA4, PowerBI, HTML), le service client; 

  • Compréhension globale des systèmes d’information, plateformes, flux, API et interfaces; 

  • Capacité à analyser des données et à en tirer des insights pour améliorer les performances; 

  • Force de proposition pour essayer de nouvelles approches;

  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents départements; 

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite, anglais courant;

  • Intérêt affirmé pour la presse et les médias, connaissance de nos régions et de nos communautés. 

  • Une maîtrise de la suite Adobe serait un atout précieux pour intégrer notre petite équipe dynamique et polyvalente  

Entrée en fonction : juillet 2024 ou à convenir  

Lieu de travail : Nyon. 30% de télétravail possible.
