**Responsibilities**:
You will learn about and support the Acquisition online-Marketing Team (3 people) in their daily activities. In addition, you will be fully involved in the creation, launch, tracking and reporting or our digital campaigns with a broad range of clients over 3 countries.

**Day to day activities**:
The marketing intern will learn to be able to juggle with multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work and projecting a positive attitude.

**Quality control**: review of marketing elements (banner & landing page)

**Testing**:

- Monitor testing campaigns, report results and key fluctuations.
- Support the Acquisition Team with the implementation of daily testing on range of clients.
- Liaise with Account Management, Tech, Production, Creative, IT teams to implement online tests (A/B testing, multivariate).

**Analysis**:

- Help to identify impacts in client conversion rates and suggest key areas to improve KPIs.
- Communicate on trends and patterns and raise alerts when needed.

**Bench-marketing**: Work with the Acquisition Team to brainstorm new creative testing strategies and innovative implementations.

**Content creation**: document our day-to-day activities to streamline our projects and evangelize other teams with all acquisition initiatives/ wins.

Qualifications:

- Marketing certification (Ongoing or achieved) as HES, Master, Bachelor, CFC
- Fluent in French & English. Spanish a strong asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Accuracy and a strong eye for detail combined with a good level of curiosity.
- Ability to work independently on projects as well as a being a strong team player.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Swiss nationality or resident only
