Specialist Static Data Operations
Are you looking for an exciting and varied role? As a Specialist Static Data Operations, you will be working in exciting areas at the heart of exchange operations. You ensure the quality of the master and trading data of the trading platform of SIX Swiss Exchange AG and are closely involved in the development of products and services.
We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team who enjoys contributing to our dynamic and international environment. We look forward to your application.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring the quality and capturing of market and trading master data
- Handling simple to very complex customer inquiries and collaborating on the further development or creation of customer solutions
- Close collaboration with Product Management, Change Management, and SIX Exchange Regulation on various projects
- Conducting Business Acceptance Tests in projects and Exchange Releases
Your qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship and/or university degree, preferably in the field of economics with around 5 years of professional experience in the operational area and/or in customer support in the financial industry
- Good knowledge of the exchange environment, especially knowledge of financial products throughout their lifecycle
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and data modeling advantageous, as well as a well-developed analytical mindset
- Committed, independent, solution-oriented personality with precise and accurate work methods
- Very good German and English language skills in both spoken and written forms
