Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Schnittstellen auf Konzern- und Kraftwerksebene und Erstellung von strategischen Initiativen mit direktem Einfluss auf die Division Nuclear
  • Unterstützung des Leiters Asset Management und Leitung von Projekten auf Divisionsebene mit zentraler Bedeutung
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Divisionsleitungsgremiums bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung der Strategie Nuclear
  • Austausch mit internationalen Organisationen wie EPRI und WANO inkl. Vorbereitung und Durchführung der periodischen WANO Corporate Peer Reviews
  • Unterstützung des Risiko-Management-Prozesses auf Konzernebene, operativen Risiko-Monitorings und Weiterentwicklung des Business Continuity Managements der Division Nuclear
Profil und Fähigkeiten
  • Studium der Natur- bzw. Ingenieurwissenschaften (ETH/Uni) – von Vorteil Fachrichtung Nuklearwissenschaft
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement und in der fachlichen Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Berufserfahrung aus dem Betrieb einer kerntechnischen Anlage bzw. dem Sektor Kernenergie
  • Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Energiemärkte, des Vertragsmanagements sowie regulatorischen und technischen Umfelds der Kernenergie in der Schweiz
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich des Risikomanagements und/oder Business Continuity Managements von Vorteil
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, umsetzungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf verschiedenen Hierarchiestufen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
