Ihre Hauptaufgaben
  • Schnittstellenfunktion und Mitarbeit in Variantenentwicklungsprojekten für Injektionssysteme (Autoinjektoren)
  • Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses zwischen dem internen Team und unseren B2B Kunden aus der Pharma- und Biotechnologiebranche
  • Fachliche Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams mit Verantwortung für zugeteilte Variantenprodukte nach deren kommerziellen Einführung
  • Selbstständiges Betreuen und lösen verschiedenster Herausforderungen z.B. technischer, qualitätsbezogener, logistischer oder kommerzieller Natur
  • Produktänderungen /-optimierungen (z.B. Change Control und CAPAs) koordinieren und umsetzen
  • Wirtschaftlichkeit der Produkte als auch die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen
  • Kundenbedürfnisse abklären für den Input bei Produktverbesserungen oder neuen Produktentwicklungen
Ihr Profil
  • Technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (Ingenieur oder Ingenieurin)
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Studium, HWV)
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung von Vorteil bei Ingenieuren oder Ingenieurinnen / Naturwissenschafter oder Naturwissen-schafterinnen
  • Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt
  • Erfahrung mit Matrixorganisationen
  • Erfahrung mit interdisziplinären Aufgabenstellungen / Generalistenfunktion
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
