Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Innovation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying potential growth areas and contributing to our forward-thinking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead evidence-based financial analyses of drug delivery devices under development to determine the financial impact of proposed initiatives.
- Gather inputs from cross-functional teams to develop and recommend device portfolio strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of our existing and under development device portfolio.
- Facilitate regular portfolio review meetings with senior management.
- Support cross-functional innovation teams with market segmentation, targeting, and product (re)positioning.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned with portfolio decisions.
- Represent the company by actively participating in relevant trade fairs and networking with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience, ideally in strategy consultancy or internal strategy/innovation/marketing teams.
- Strategic thinking capabilities to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and making strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple competing projects.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
