As a Strategy and Innovation Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our company's future by identifying potential growth areas, leading financial analyses, and developing a device portfolio strategy that aligns with market needs and business objectives. Your main tasks will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive analyses of our existing and under development device portfolio to ensure cohesive portfolio development
  • Facilitating regular portfolio review meetings with senior management to discuss strategic direction and ensure alignment with overall business strategy and goals
  • Supporting cross-functional innovation teams with market segmentation, targeting, and product (re)positioning of existing and future medical device portfolio
  • Representing the company by actively participating in relevant trade fairs and networking with customers and partners across the pharmaceutical supply chain
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in strategy consultancy or internal strategy/innovation/marketing teams. They will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
