Human Factors Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Human Factors Engineering programs according to current standards and guidelines.
- Lead and develop the Human Factors Engineering team to ensure high-quality and efficient project execution.
- Collaborate with product and project teams to develop and optimize industrial and user interface design.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor formative and summative HF studies.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience leading Human Factors Engineering teams with a customer-oriented approach and business-driven mindset.
- Bachelor/Master degree with a focus on Ergonomics/Usability/Human Factors or related fields.
- Experience in applying usability/Human Factors Engineering for medical devices and/or combination products.
