CH-4415 Lausen Deine Aufgaben
  • Gewährleisten einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung für Quarz-, mechanische Uhrwerke sowie Komponenten
  • Unterstützen der Verkaufsleitung in administrativen Belangen sowie Verkaufskorrespondenz in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
  • Zentrale Rolle bei der Einführung des Verkaufsprozesses im neuen ERP-System (z.B. Führen der Dokumentation, Erstellen von Testszenarien und deren Prüfung)
  • Erstellen von Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Führung von Statistiken
  • Organisieren von Kundenbesuchen und Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen
  • Betreuen der kaufm. Lernenden gemäss definiertem Ausbildungsprogramm
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise im Vertriebsumfeld
  • Nachweisbare Fachkenntnisse im Verkauf, vorzugsweise in der Uhren- oder Luxusgüterbranche
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache, sehr gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Freude am Umgang mit jungen Menschen
