We are looking for a Marketing & Technology Assistant to join our Product Center, Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions, where we specialize in developing solutions in the field of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). With your exceptional organizational skills, you will support our dynamic teams, which consist of over 10 nationalities. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our Marketing Sales, Marketing Technology, and Technology divisions, ensuring that our leaders can focus on strategic initiatives.

Do you thrive at managing multiple high-priority assignments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism? Are you skilled at handling complex schedules and coordinating travel? If so, you are the missing piece to our puzzle, serving as a key liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, providing comprehensive support to the division heads, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

**Which tasks will you perform?**
You will:

- Manage the inbox and calendar of the respective heads, ensuring optimal time management
- Coordinate and organize business trips and facilitate visits from international colleagues
- Oversee expense management, including processing invoices and credit card statements
- Undertake project work, including monitoring, evaluation, research, information collection, and develop comprehensive onboarding plans for new Marketing Sales and Marketing Technology colleagues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong professional relationships Act as a deputy for other Team Assistants and Marketing Assistants during their absence, ensuring continuity and mínimal disruption

**What do we expect from you?**
You:

- Have proven experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Are proficient in MS Office and business travel management tools
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills and can multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Handle information with discretion and confidentiality Hold a degree in an administrative field; additional qualifications as a personal assistant would be a plus
