We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Richemont Europe team. You will be supporting the 4 Regional ExCo members based in Switzerland.

This position will be based in Meyrin (Geneva), within our 'Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie', starting on the 1st of September.

Your main missions consist of providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Richemont Europe Directors and their teams which will enable them to leverage their time effectively and focus on strategic projects and corporate priorities. You must be capable of forming a strong, high-trust partnership with the team.

You will be successful in the role by:

Providing daily administrative and business support to the Richemont Europe Directors


• Managing the Directors 'agenda in an effective and accurate manner


• Handling documents and signatures with respect to confidential issues


• Acting as 1st point of contact for the Directors: responding to e-mails if needed, managing meetings and visitors, handling other ad-hoc issues


• Arranging travels and managing travels expenses


• Ensuring professional interaction and effective communication with other internal and external actors

Participating in the annual budget process


• Planning and organization of the annual budgetary reviews for the European region and follow-up calls in a timely manner with adequate anticipation, reliability and responsiveness


• Planning and organization of the overall budget presentation preparation process, consolidating and fine-tuning the final presentation version if necessary

Reporting


• Managing basics reporting, analyzing and consolidation of data

Working on projects


• Participation in process' harmonization, creation of procedures or streamlining existing ones


• Organization of seminars: including event' organization, logistics coordination and presentation preparation

Your invaluable skills we are looking for:


• You have a minimum of 3 years as Executive Assistant in a corporate environment


• You are fluent in French & English with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional language is a plus)


• You have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and present a professional image both in person and over the phone


• You are an expert of Microsoft Office


• You have the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance able to meet tight deadlines and set priorities according to business needs and able to handle last minute changes or requests


• You are highly organized, thrive under pressure, proactive, flexible, reliable, punctual and highly confidential


• You have a strong tact, diplomacy, discretion and a good judgment


• You have an ability to deal and cope with multi requirements coming from multiple stakeholders
