Location: Zug, CH

Here are your responsibilities:

  • Provide independent legal advice and support to business units
  • Assist in expanding the compliance organization and ensuring overall compliance within the WWZ Group
  • Participate in various projects and contribute to the development of legal processes
  • Draft and review contracts and lead contract negotiations
  • Handle dispute and insurance cases as well as administrative proceedings
  • Provide corporate legal support to companies within the WWZ Group
  • Support the Head of Legal Department with ad hoc assigned tasks

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed university degree in Switzerland (lic. iur./ Master of Law), preferably with CH lawyer's license
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience as a Legal Counsel in a company or relevant experience in the energy or telecom sector is desirable
  • Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good MS-Office skills & tech-savviness
