Senior Legal Counsel

We are revolutionizing financial services in the blockchain and finance sector. We are currently seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team.

As a Senior Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering proactive legal and regulatory advice to senior management, relationship managers, and business units, coordinating when necessary with external counsel
  • Drafting, structuring, and negotiating legal documents, such as agreements in the crypto space
  • Leading project management for legal and regulatory initiatives, as well as corporate affairs
  • Providing legal and regulatory insights on new products and services
  • Creating and updating legal directives, agreements, forms, and terms and conditions
  • Monitoring legal and regulatory changes locally and globally
  • Conducting internal legal and regulatory trainings
  • Ensuring collaboration between legal and compliance teams
  • Advising stakeholders on legal risks and impacts
  • Contributing to regulatory matters
  • Assisting in audits, litigation, and other legal requests

To join our journey at AMINA, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Master of Law from a Swiss University, Swiss bar admission (LL.M. is advantageous)
  • 5+ years of experience in law firms, big four/consulting, or banking, focusing on banking law, financial regulation, and crypto
  • Knowledge of investment products, distribution setup, and regulatory compliance
  • Interest in legal and regulatory aspects of DLT, Web 3.0, and Fintech
  • Team player with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
