Position: Legal Operations Counsel

Sector: Pharma

Start Date: July 2024

Duration: 6 months

Utilization: 100%

Location: Zug

Salary: CHF 160'000+

Tasks
  • Identify opportunities for improving legal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Act as the Project Management Officer (PMO) for legal process optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and implement best practices for contract management, legal billing, and other key legal processes
  • Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the success of process improvements and make recommendations for further enhancements
  • Work closely with other departments, including finance, procurement, sales, and IT, to align legal processes with business objectives
  • Act as a liaison between the legal department and other business units to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Resident in Switzerland
  • Min. 8 years' of PQE
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing legal operation tasks
