**Was Du tun wirst**
- Beraten und Betreuen der operativen Abteilungen zu allen juristischen Belangen und Themen
- Verfassen, Überprüfen und selbständiges Ausarbeiten von Verträgen (z.B. Aufträge, Werk
- und IT-Verträge) inkl. Betreuung des entsprechenden Vertragsmanagements
- Verwalten und Koordinieren von Betriebsversicherungen (z.B. Haftpflichtversicherung)
- Mithilfe beim Bearbeiten von Rechtsfällen und Verfahren
- Unterstützen und Betreuen im Management der Markenrechte
- Unterstützen im Bereich Internal Compliance
- Management von administrativen Aufgaben wie das "Corporate Housekeeping"

**Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet**
- (Fach) Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt Schweizer Recht (z.B. BA in Wirtschaftsrecht/ lic. iur./ Master of Law)
- Relevante Berufserfahrung als Paralegal / Inhouse Counsel oder vergleichbare juristische Tätigkeit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Erste Erfahrung im Versicherungswesen, Wirtschafts-, Gesellschafts
- sowie Reiserecht
- Ge: C1 - Fachkundige Sprachkenntnisse
- En: B2 - Selbständige Sprachverwendung

- Weitere Sprachkenntnisse neben Deutsch und Englisch
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Corporate Housekeeping
