As the premier supplier to our client, a leading commodities company based in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Junior Paralegal to join a team of 3 paralegals.


The team is responsible for providing general legal support and advice on a range of corporate matters relating to the legal administration of our clients group.


Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and drafting corporate documentation, including board and shareholder minutes, powers of attorney and internal restructure documents
  • Involved with general legal documentation such as guarantees and legal opinions
  • Managing tasks and relationships with external law firms and corporate service administrators
  • Participating in different projects involving various stakeholders within the client

Your background:

  • Strong educational background (legal education preferred)
- +2 years' experience in a legal, company secretarial or corporate service team

  • English (mandatory), German, French or Spanish is a plus
  • Valid Swiss working permit or EU Nationality
