Dann unterstütze uns bei der weiteren erfolgreichen Positionierung von PAIR Finance am Markt, insbesondere beim Aufbau von PAIR Finance am Schweizer Markt (mit Standort in Zürich). **Was du bei uns bewegen kannst**:

- Gesamtverantwortung für den Aufbau des neuen Standorts von PAIR Finance mit Fokus auf Vertrieb, Strategieentwicklung, Aufsetzen der Collection-Prozesse und Teamaufbau im schweizer Markt.
- Definition und Implementierung der Vertriebsstrategie für den schweizer Markt gemeinsam mit dem CEO.
- Weiterentwicklung operativer und strategischer Abläufe mit dem Ziel der Sicherstellung eines profitablen Wachstums des neuen Standortes.
- Aufbau des Standortes in Hinblick auf Rechtskonformität sowie Anpassen des Inkassoprozesses für die jeweiligen Märkte.
- Neukund*innenakquise am schweizer Markt sowie Ausbau und Management der bestehenden Partnerschaften mit Fokus auf überdurchschnittliches und profitables Wachstum.
- Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines motivierten Teams.
- Identifikation von Markttrends und neuen Businesspotenzialen sowie die damit verbundene Mitarbeit beim Ausbau und bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Technologie und unseres Services mit Fokus auf den schweizer Markt.
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Partner*innen sowie Kund*innen-, Service Level
- und Eskalationsmanagement.
- Steigerung der Bekanntheit von PAIR Finance und erfolgreiche Positionierung des Produkts/Services am schweizer Markt und im Wettbewerb, z.B. durch Pressemitteilungen, Teilnahme an und halten von Vorträgen auf Konferenzen, Messen, Webinaren etc.

**Was du dafür mitbringen solltest**:

- Langjährige relevante Erfahrung mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in einer leitenden (Vertriebs-)Funktion, z.B. im B2B Software, FinTech, Finance-Bereich
- Versatiles und kommerziell belastbares Netzwerk zu den Top-Unternehmen in unseren Schlüsselbranchen (E-Commerce, Medien & Entertainment, Banken & Versicherungen, Mobility, Energieversorger)
- Hohes Maß an Unternehmergeist, hohe Lösungskompetenz und Eigeninitiative mit echter Macher*innenmentalität sowie Entscheidungsfreude
- Konsistente, präzise und empathische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie herausragende Präsentations
- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Tech-Affinität sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen (zB Französisch) sind ein Plus
