- You are responsible for the strategic alignment and development of our Swiss market and retail strategy
- The full retail and shared online P&L is in your hand
- You create business plans and work together with our leadership team to push our market presence even further
- You share your knowledge about Swiss customer behaviour and stay up to date with local market analysis
- Communication with crossfunctional teams and service providers is your daily business
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in general management and the retail environment
- Your proven track record in market development and experience with P&L responsibility shows us that you are a real entrepreneurial and open minded personality
- You have a deep understanding of the Swiss market and its customers
- You bring business fluency in English, German and preferably further languages such as Italian or French
- Your knowledge in Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing is your advantage

With yfood, we are the market leader in the smart food category in Germany, a new category of products with a complete nutrient profile that are quickly and easily available at any time.
Since our founding in 2017, we have been making innovative "complete food" in the form of drinks, bars as well as powders, enabling simpler, better nutrition - especially in everyday situations where it is not always easy to have a balanced diet due to time or availability issues.
