Dann bist DU ab **September 2023** (oder nach Vereinbarung) unser*e nächste*r **Country Product Manager*in **und führst das Programm «EF Sprachenjahr» im Schweizer Markt zu neuen Erfolgen.

**Was machst du?**

- Verantwortung für das Programm «EF Sprachenjahr im Ausland» im Deutschschweizer Markt: Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung zur Erreichung der Verkaufs
- und Wachstumsziele (wöchentlich, monatlich, jährlich).
- Budgetplanung und selbständiges Management zur Erreichung der Jahresziele.
- Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs-, Marketing
- und Kundenbindungsaktivitäten.
- Proaktiver Verkauf und Beratung unseres EF Sprachenjahres im Ausland - telefonisch, online und persönlich.
- Rekrutierung, Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung von zwei Mitarbeitenden in Zürich sowie indirekte Führung von vier weiteren Mitarbeitenden in den Regionalbüros Bern, Basel, Luzern und St. Gallen.
