Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of our products
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to position our products in the market and increase revenue
  • Identify growth opportunities with your entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
  • Ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Conduct product training to ensure knowledge transfer
  • Represent our brand at international trade fairs and conferences
  • Actively contribute to achieving our goals and regularly report product performance to management
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Sales, EHQ, and HQ departments

Skills and Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in business or technical field
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Possess solid knowledge in the field of Consumer Electronics
  • Have excellent German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
  • Be a resilient and communicative individual with drive and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented, independent, and proactive work style
  • Bring flexibility and a positive approach to handling pressure and high goals in a constantly changing environment
  • Be a team player with preferably international experience and willingness to travel
