  • As Product manager you are the owner of a product and ensure reliable and userfriendly product offering. You understand how the product works, communicate the benefits it brings to our customers, and align with other products in the portfolio to build a seamless ecosystem. You work in an interdisciplinary team and establish strong connections between projects, our in
- and external business partners, as well as our consumers across multiple channels. The responsibility stretches over the full product lifecycle and the strategic focus of this job is on Software Applications.
Your tasks

  • Drive the definition process for the next generation of products, ensuring Desirability and Viability
  • Trigger feasibility studies and technology projects
  • Working closely with peers to create an appealing value proposition and deliver it through their product
  • Know competitor's products/services and perform or trigger benchmark studies
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of the product, packaging, accompanying documents and all other deliverables needed for a successful market introduction
  • Monitor quality KPI's and drive root cause analyses or improvement initiatives
  • Use data analytics to assess impact and improve usage and experience
  • Coordinate with other Product Managers in a joint launch, aligning with different timelines in hardware and software development for ontime market introduction
  • Give inputs for future platforms and products
  • Lead or support in operational and logistic aspects of the phaseout process

Your profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Informatics, or similar
  • Further education in Customer Experience Design or Digital Business
  • Education in Audiology is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management with a sound technical background
  • Work experience as Product Manager, Consultant or Project leader for Web and mobile solutions
  • Expertice in B2B2C set ups
  • Running big/complex digital projects on global scale with/for business partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of IT processes (MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German and/or French is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
