About the role

For the role of Country Leader Switzerland we are looking for a highly motivated, seasoned, growth-focused, results driven and dynamic Sales leader.

It is essential to have the management, leadership and sales skills required to motivate an international team and drive SD Worx' solutions to the market.


You excel in smart collaboration with clients, partners and employees in order to successfully work towards marketing a wide range of people solutions working with various SD Worx' business units.

The Country Leader Switzerland should demonstrate an expert level of proficiency in networking, sales, negotiation and change management, and is able to articulate SD Worx' strategy and vision to a variety of audiences.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Be the main point of contact in Switzerland for all external stakeholders: prospects, clients & local authorities, you lead the sales effort and local sales team and are responsible for the go to market strategy
  • Be responsible for Top Line Growth, Client Retention, and the overall target of both sales objectives as well as margin health of the business gained with each new client
  • Set the direction of the Switzerland growth strategy, in alignment with our group vision / mission
  • Coach and lead the leadership team, through a matrix structure, as you ensure all SD Worx teams and functions cooperate well E2E to deliver optimal service to the Italian clients/market,
  • Build cohesion and culture within Switzerland (e.g. company events) and lead engagement initiatives at country level, you are the Legal representative for SD Worx Switzerland
  • Grow the footprint of SD Worx across Switzerland, in order to better support the group objectives including the setup of new locations and propositions
  • Drive a gotomarket strategy and solution portfolio which fits with client and market needs and helps to generate rapid growth and market penetration
  • Create a costefficient organisation with a culture of engagement, innovation, continuous improvement, quality and efficiency.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing nearshoring capabilities, transitioning & stabilisation
  • Guiding, coaching and developing an international team
  • Ability to drive operational excellence
  • Deep understanding of organisational cultureshaping, engagement, motivation, values.

Profile:

  • We expect you to:_
  • Have a minimum of 10 years experience in international business and sales/operational management in the services industry in Switzerland
  • Must have in depth knowledge of local payroll and HR software markets
  • Knowldege of SAP would be advantageous
  • Have experience with overseeing an international P&L (preferably in a services industry)
  • Have a proven track record in implementing a growthfocused high performance culture, with a solid track record of yearonyear revenue growth
  • Show flexibility and eagerness to support and facilitate growth and change;
  • Be a team player and an inspiring people manager with an authentic passion for customer experience, innovation & operational efficiency;
  • Have the necessary experience in the field of change and stakeholder management.

  • Be processoriented, analytical, proactive and customeroriented;
  • German or French (mother tongue) and fluent in English
  • Be passionate about HR & People
