Der **Customer Service Representative - Order Management (m/w/d) **bei Radiometer ist verantwortlich für die Abwicklung von Kundeneinzelaufträgen und Reklamationen zu Lieferungen und Rechnungen, sowie die schriftliche und telefonische Kundenbetreuung.

Sie werden Teil des Customer Service Teams sein und dem Manager, Contract Service unterstellt sein, der für das Auftragsmanagement (Erfassung, Fakturierung, Korrektur etc.) verantwortlich ist. **In dieser Funktion werden Sie die Möglichkeit haben**:

- Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen
- Erstellung von Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen
- Erstellung und Versand von Offerten
- Kundenstammdatenpflege
- Bearbeiten von Reklamationen
- Kundenkorrespondenz im Rahmen der betreuten Aufgaben
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen

**Zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen der Stelle gehören**:

- eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- mind Jahren Berufserfahrung
- eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Servicebewusstsein und ein Händchen mit unterschiedlichen Erwartungshaltungen umzugehen zeichnen Sie aus.

**Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn Sie auch über Erfahrung in folgenden Bereichen verfügen**:

- Erfahrung im Bereich Auftragserfassung
- Sie beherrschen die notwendigen EDV-Tools MS Office Paket (Word, Excel)
- Fähigkeit Zusammenhänge zu erkennen
